🚀 Create Posts Your Way

Creating a post is simpler and more flexible in the new SmarterQueue.

New functionality

Start where you want. In the classic SmarterQueue, you had to choose a Category first and then a Profile before doing anything else. The new Post Editor is flexible and allows you to begin in any order: write your caption, upload media, select Profiles, pick a Category, or set timing.

  • 🤖 The only rule. To use the AI Assistant (formerly AI Caption Writer), you’ll need to select at least one Profile so it can optimize captions for the platform you’ve chosen.

  • You now have total freedom in how you build posts. Start with text, add media later, or set timing first, whatever works best for you.
  • By removing unnecessary steps, the new Post Editor makes creating posts faster, smoother, and easier, with fewer clicks along the way.

👀 Smarter Previews and Bulk Editing

In the Queue, managing posts across multiple profiles or Variations is now faster and more intuitive, thanks to major upgrades in how previews and editing work.

New functionality

👁️ The new preview pane in the Queue brings all related posts together in one place. From there, you can instantly open the Post Editor with every version side by side, making it easier to review, compare, and update your content.

  • 🔎 Unified previews. See every related version of your post side by side, without hunting through the Queue for each profile’s copy.
  • 🎭 Preview all Variations. Flip through all text and media Variations directly in the preview pane, instead of only seeing the next scheduled one.
  • 🛠️ Edit related posts faster. Open all related versions of a post in the Post Editor at once. You still edit them individually, but switching between them is instant.

  • In the classic SmarterQueue, previews only showed one post at a time, and Variations were hidden unless you reopened the editor. Editing also meant tracking down each version separately, which was a constant frustration for anyone posting across multiple profiles.

  • 📤 Upload directly. Add images and videos straight to your Library, one at a time or in bulk, without needing to create a post first.
  • 🗑️ Delete outdated files. Remove visuals you no longer want in circulation, so they don’t accidentally end up in new content.
  • 🎯 Filter with ease. Find the right asset fast by filtering by media type, origin, or proportions.

  • In the classic SmarterQueue, the Media Library was only a place to view uploaded files and start a post. Now, it works independently as a hub where you can prepare and organize visuals ahead of time.

Evergreen still recycles your best content automatically, but now with more control than ever to keep your Queue moving smoothly and your posts feeling fresh.

Minimum Time to Recycle. Set a required gap between repeats so posts don’t resurface too soon. The default is one week, with custom options coming soon.
Why this helps
  • In the classic SmarterQueue, Evergreen posts could recycle as soon as they reached the top of the Queue, sometimes leading to unintentional repeats or pausing the Queue entirely to avoid spam.
  • The new minimum interval keeps content rotation natural and prevents your Queue from stalling.
