If you’ve used SmarterQueue before, you’ll notice right away: this isn’t just a new look. It’s a smarter, more flexible version of the tool you already know - designed to help you save time, stay organized, and get better results from every post.
We’ve restructured the platform to make everything easier to find, added powerful new features our customers have requested, and upgraded the tools you already rely on. Whether you’re running your own business or managing multiple clients, the new SmarterQueue adapts to the way you work.
🆕 A Smarter, Simpler Layout
In the classic SmarterQueue, features were spread across multiple tabs, making it harder to know where to go. The new layout organizes everything around what you’re doing, so it’s faster and easier to find the right tools.
- Publish is where you create, schedule, and organize your posts and media.
- Discover is where you find, import, and bulk-manage new content.
- Analyze is where you track performance, run reports, and refine your strategy.
For everything else, you’ll now find it in the Settings menus.
Here you’ll see both Organization Settings, where you control workspace-wide tools including social profiles, workspaces, users, billing, and business details, and User Settings, where you manage your personal preferences such as account details and email notifications.
With this clear structure, you’ll spend less time hunting through menus and more time focusing on what matters: creating and sharing great content.
📝 Publish: Smarter Creation and Scheduling
Everything you loved about publishing in the classic SmarterQueue is still here, enhanced with customer-requested improvements and powerful new features. All of your publishing tools, including the Queue, Categories, Post Editor, and content libraries, now live together in the new "Publish" section. This makes your workflow faster, simpler, and more organized, so you spend less time scheduling, more time engaging your audience, and have more ways to keep your content fresh.
Full per-profile cross-posting customization
Customize everything for each social profile: captions, media, links, first comments, variations, and even timing. No more one-size-fits-all posts; every channel gets the version that fits best.
Smarter previews and bulk editing
The preview pane now shows all related posts and Variations side by side, customized per profile, so you can see exactly how each version will look for each social profile.
The same detailed view is available in the Queue, where comments and all related posts are brought together, and you can bulk edit them just as easily. This makes updates faster and more consistent.
Archived Categories
Keep your Categories organized by archiving campaigns or themes you’re not currently using, making room in your Queue without losing any posts or analytics.
Upgraded Media Library
Bulk upload images and videos to have assets ready when you need them, and clean house by deleting outdated media you don’t want to reuse.
Evergreen upgrade
A new Minimum Time to Recycle setting ensures your Evergreen posts won’t resurface too soon. By default, it’s set to one week, with custom options coming soon.
All-new Post Library
View, filter, and analyze every post you’ve ever created in one place. Spot top performers to refine, repurpose top performers from the past, or retire posts that didn’t land.

Bringing in content has always been a strength of SmarterQueue, and now it’s easier than ever to keep your Queue full with less effort. All the tools you relied on in the classic SmarterQueue are still here. They’ve been paired with powerful upgrades our customers have been asking for.
Everything you need to find and import content is now clearly organized in the new "Discover" section. This includes Find Content, Auto-Importers, CSV Upload, and more. With everything in one place, it’s simple to keep your Queue stocked and your content pipeline flowing.
Bulk Editor and Bulk Actions
Apply selections for Category, Evergreen status, or profiles to dozens of posts at once. Make changes in bulk, then fine-tune individual posts before you import.
CSV uploads, supercharged
Upload up to 500 posts at once with support for first comments, Pinterest titles, and multi-image posts - giving you the flexibility to import campaigns or migrate content at scale.
Import from any public Business Instagram profile
Just as you’ve always been able to import from any public Facebook Page, you can now do the same with Instagram Business profiles to curate industry content, keep tabs on competitors, or share from trusted partners.
Bring in tagged Instagram content
Import posts where your Instagram profile is tagged in the image and reshare them directly with your audience.

Switch to Analyze per Profile for deeper insights into one account at a time, with all the same metrics streamlined for easy review.
Smarter best times to post
A new chart highlights your audience’s activity and suggests one to three optimal posting times based on your data.
Polished exports
Export PDF reports that showcase your charts and tables in a clean, professional format that’s client-ready.
These updates make analytics easier to access, easier to interpret, and easier to share, helping you understand what works and refine your strategy with confidence.
👥 Settings: Smarter Profile and Team Management
SmarterQueue now makes it easy to work with others, whether that means a VA helping you schedule posts or an entire team managing multiple brands.
Users and permissions
Invite teammates or clients with the right level of access. Choose from Admin, Editor, or view-only Client roles, and assign them to the Workspaces they need.
Workspaces
Keep brands or clients completely separate, each with its own Queues, Categories, Libraries, and Analytics.
Comments
Share notes, approvals, or feedback directly on posts in the Post Editor or Queue, without relying on outside tools.
For everything else, you’ll now find it organized under Settings. Some options are personal to you, while others are Workspace-dependent. This includes managing social profiles, publishing defaults, pause controls, and link tracking, all of which are now specific to each Workspace.
Together, these collaboration tools save time, reduce back-and-forth, and make SmarterQueue flexible enough to support both solo entrepreneurs and growing teams.
