Customize Your Default Posting Preferences

SmarterQueue allows you to pre-select default options for new posts to save time when creating content. The Post Editor will automatically use these preferences, but you can always change them per post before publishing.

How To Customize Your Default Posting Preferences

Click the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner, then go to Publishing Settings. Here, you’ll find options to set default selections for new posts:

  1. Evergreen Recycling: Choose whether posts should be recycled after their last scheduled publishing.
  2. Minimum Time To Recycle: Set the minimum delay before an Evergreen post is re-added to the Queue. This is currently limited to one option for a 1-week minimum delay, with more options coming soon.
  3. Media: Decide whether multiple images/videos added to a post should be published together as a multi-media post or varied in each cycle.
  4. Queue Position: Choose whether newly created posts are added to the top or bottom of the Queue.
  5. Facebook Link Preview: Control whether SmarterQueue keeps or removes the link preview when posting to Facebook.
  6. Attachments (When Importing Posts): Define how images are handled when importing posts from external sources - should SmarterQueue use the attached images, or fetch images from the added link?

These selections will now be the default settings when creating new posts in the Post Editor, but you can always override them per post if needed.
