Common Questions

1. How many Pins should I post per day on Pinterest?

Pinterest recommends quality over quantity. A good range is 15–25 Pins per day. Avoid posting more than 50 Pins in a day to prevent being flagged as spam.

2. Can I post duplicate Pins or reuse content?

Pinterest favors fresh content over duplicates, but that doesn’t mean you can’t reuse valuable posts. A "duplicate Pin" is defined as one with the exact same text, media, and URL combination that’s already been pinned. To avoid this, vary captions and media when creating Evergreen posts, thus ensuring that you publish different versions of the same Pin. The AI Assistant can also help you quickly adjust descriptions to make each Pin unique and boost visibility.

3. What if I want to re-pin to different Pinterest Boards?

You can post the same Pin to multiple boards, but Pinterest recommends limiting this to 10 boards maximum. It’s also best to wait at least 2 days between re-pinning the same content, but a gap of 3–7 days is ideal to prevent being flagged for spam.
