How To Add A Social Profile
- Ensure you are logged into the social profile you want to connect in your browser.
- Navigate to “Settings”, then “Social Profiles” within your SmarterQueue dashboard.
- Click the "Connect" button for the type social profile you want to add (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Follow the on-screen prompts and grant permissions:
- Facebook Pages: Ensure all permission toggles are enabled for full functionality.
- Instagram: Business/Creator profiles can be connected via the Instagram API (which allows direct publishing) or Facebook's API for advanced content curation and Analytics.
- For platforms where one Admin profile manages multiple pages, select the specific page you want to connect to SmarterQueue and click "Add” (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn).
Once connected, your new profile will be ready to use. Assign Categories and Timeslots within your Posting Plan to start scheduling posts.

How To Remove A Social Profile
- Navigate to “Settings”, then “Social Profiles” within your SmarterQueue dashboard.
- Locate the profile you want to remove and click the vertical three-dot button.
- Select "Remove Profile" and confirm the action in the dialog box.

1. Can I use the same social profile with two different SmarterQueue accounts?
No, social profiles can only be connected to one SmarterQueue account at a time.
2. Can I have multiple profiles for the same social platform?
Yes! You can connect multiple profiles from the same platform, like 2 Instagram profiles or 5 Facebook Pages. Just remember, each profile counts toward your subscription’s social profile limit.
3. How can I replace a profile with a different one?
If you're under your profile limit, simply add a new profile. If you’re at your limit, you’ll need to remove an existing profile first. We recommend upgrading if you want to avoid deleting profiles. To keep posts and analytics from a removed profile, contact us.
4. Can I recover my posts from a deleted profile?
Yes, if you accidentally delete a profile, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to restore it along with its posts, Timeslots, and other data.
5. How can I prevent Facebook Pages from reappearing in the list of available profiles after removing them from SmarterQueue?
To prevent this, you need to revoke the Facebook Profile token. Facebook Pages are linked to SmarterQueue through the credentials of the Facebook Profile acting as an admin. Ask the profile owner to remove the SmarterQueue app from their Facebook account. This will revoke the token and unlink the Pages, stopping them from reappearing in the future.
