Use AI Recommendations To Set Up Your Categories, Posting Plan, And Content

When you connect a new social profile, SmarterQueue can analyze your recent content and suggest Categories, a Posting Plan, and content to help you get started.

This helps you get up and running faster with a setup tailored to the kind of content you already create and what performs best.

How AI Recommendations Work

When you connect a new supported social profile, SmarterQueue reviews your last 500 posts to understand the kind of content you share and which posts perform best.

AI Recommendations are currently supported for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest profiles.

Based on this, SmarterQueue can suggest:

  • Categories that match your content themes
  • A Posting Plan to help you publish consistently
  • Text posts you can use as a starting point

AI recommendations are only available when connecting a new supported social profile and cannot be generated again later unless the profile is removed and reconnected.

How To Use AI Recommendations

After connecting a new social profile, you’ll be guided through a short setup flow.

First, you’ll see a list of suggested Categories based on your content.

If your content already matches existing Categories in your account, those may be included in the suggestions.

You can select one, multiple, all, or none of the suggested Categories.

Any Categories you choose will be added to your account and will be ready to use right away. If you do not want to use the recommended Categories, you can skip this step and create your own later.

Next, you’ll be shown suggested Posting Plan options: Suggested, Occasional, Consistent, and High Volume.

These options are based on patterns in your past posts, including how often you post and when your content tends to perform best. If no past content is available, recommendations are based on your profile details.

You can select one of the suggested Posting Plans to create your Timeslots automatically, or skip this step and set up your Posting Plan yourself later.

If you skip this step, your Posting Plan will remain empty until you configure it.

If you apply a suggested Posting Plan later, it will replace any existing Timeslots in your Posting Plan.

3. Review Suggested Text Posts

Finally, you’ll see suggested text posts based on your existing content and posting patterns.

You can select one, multiple, all, or none of the suggested posts.

Any posts you choose will be added to your account as Draft posts. You can edit them later, add media, improve the text, move them into the right Categories, or delete them if needed.

All recommendations are a starting point, so you can adjust your Categories, Posting Plan, and posts at any time.
