Use AI Recommendations To Set Up Your Categories, Posting Plan, And Content

When you connect a new social profile, SmarterQueue can analyze your recent content and suggest Categories, a Posting Plan, and content to help you get started.

This helps you get up and running faster with a setup tailored to the kind of content you already create and what performs best.

How AI Recommendations Work

AI Recommendations are currently available for newly connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest profiles.

When you connect a supported social profile, SmarterQueue reviews up to your last 500 posts. If your profile has fewer than 500 posts, we’ll use the posts available.

From there, SmarterQueue identifies the content that has performed best and uses those insights to understand your strongest themes, posting patterns, and content opportunities.

Based on that analysis, SmarterQueue can suggest:

  • Categories that match your content themes
  • A Posting Plan to help you publish consistently
  • Text posts you can use as a starting point

AI Recommendations are only available when connecting a new supported social profile and cannot be generated again later unless the profile is removed and reconnected.

How To Use AI Recommendations

After connecting a new social profile, you’ll be guided through a short setup flow.

First, you’ll see a list of suggested Categories based on your content.

Your recommendations may include a mix of new Categories and existing Categories in your account, depending on what best matches your content.

You can select one, multiple, all, or none of the suggested Categories.

Any new Categories you choose will be added to your account and ready to use right away. If you do not want to use the recommendations, you can skip this step and create your own Categories later.

Next, you’ll be shown four recommended Posting Plan options: Suggested, Occasional, Consistent, and High Volume.

The Suggested option is based on patterns in your past posts, including how often you publish and when your content tends to perform best. If there is not enough past content available, it is based on your profile details instead.

Occasional, Consistent, and High Volume give you ready-made alternatives depending on how frequently you expect to publish with SmarterQueue.

You can select one of the Posting Plan options to create your Timeslots automatically, or skip this step and set up your Posting Plan yourself later.

If you skip this step, your Posting Plan will remain empty until you configure it.

You can also choose to be reminded later instead of applying a Posting Plan right away. This will send you a notification later so you can return to the recommendation.

If you apply a recommended Posting Plan from that notification, it will automatically replace any Timeslots you manually added to the Posting Plan for the relevant social profiles and Categories after choosing to be reminded.

3. Review Suggested Text Posts

Finally, you’ll see suggested text posts based on your existing content and posting patterns.

You can select one, multiple, all, or none of the suggested posts.

Any posts you choose will be added to your account as Draft posts. You can edit them later, add media, improve the text, move them into the right Categories, or delete them if needed.

All recommendations are a starting point, so you can adjust your Categories, Posting Plan, and posts at any time.
