Troubleshooting Missing Pages When Connecting Facebook
If your Facebook Page isn’t showing when you try to connect, it’s usually because of admin status or permission issues. Facebook requires you to have full admin access to connect a Page to third-party apps like SmarterQueue.
- Log into the correct Facebook account - the one with admin access to the Page you want to connect.
- Ensure you’re an Admin of the Page under Facebook Settings → Page Roles (Editor or Moderator roles won’t work).
- Try connecting the Page to SmarterQueue again.
Ensure SmarterQueue is listed with all permissions enabled:
For SmarterQueue to display all your Pages, it needs full permission to access them. If you're still having issues, follow these steps to check on permissions:
- Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Business Integrations from the left menu.
- Find SmarterQueue → View and Edit → Enable:
- Access your Pages and content – Allows SmarterQueue to find your Pages.
- Manage your Pages – Grants publishing and management access.
- If permissions are missing, remove and reconnect SmarterQueue to reset them.
If linked to a Business Manager:
Facebook Pages managed through Business Manager have additional permission layers. Follow these steps to ensure everything is set up properly:
- Open Meta Business Suite → Business Settings → Accounts → Pages.
- Select the Page → People → Ensure your account is listed with Full Control (or Manage Page access).
- If your Page is assigned to a Partner, check that you have admin rights under Partner Settings.
- If SmarterQueue is listed under Business Integrations but doesn’t have full permissions, remove it and reconnect.
