DAY 11 - Manage multiple brands effortlessly

When you’re managing more than one brand, client, or project, staying organized is everything.

That’s where Workspaces come in. They are the best way to keep each brand’s content, settings, and analytics cleanly separated.

Keep Everything Organized, Separate, and Stress-Free

Each Workspace acts as its own environment, with unique Profiles, Categories, Queues, and Analytics. You can easily switch between Workspaces from the top menu, so there’s no risk of posting the wrong content to the wrong client or profile.

Invite teammates into specific Workspaces to keep them focused on what matters. Writers, managers, and clients see only the content relevant to their brand. Everything stays tidy, secure, and distraction-free.

Use this guide to learn how to manage multiple brands or clients using Workspaces.

💡 Tips to Manage Multiple Brands

Here’s how to turn today’s feature into results, plus the tools that help.

Strategy in practice: Structure your Workspaces by brand, client, or business line. Keep tone, goals, and visual identity consistent within each. Review every Workspace’s Categories and Posting Plan separately so each audience gets the right cadence and message.

Feature boosters: Each Workspace has its own Analytics, so your reports are automatically tailored for each client or brand, and ready to export with just one click. Give clients the Client role for limited access to their own Workspace, where they can view scheduled posts and performance and provide feedback without changing settings. Keep visuals separated by brand in each Workspace’s Media Library to protect identity and maintain clarity across teams.

Why It Matters

Workspaces keep your business scalable. As your portfolio grows, you’ll manage more brands without extra logins, confusion, or clutter, with everything staying structured, secure, and simple to navigate.
