DAY 9 - Optimize your schedule and posts

Small tweaks can lift results fast.

For our first trip into analytics, you’ll spot better posting intervals, adjust your Posting Plan, and refine posts that underperform, so more of your audience sees what matters.

Make Smart Adjustments Before You Publish Again

Open Analyze → Per Profile and check Best Times to Post. You’ll see hourly intervals across the week and your total engagement where you’ve posted. Then update your Posting Plan to match. Keep the Timeslots that show engagement, move the ones that don’t, and consider adding more where you already see results. Also test intervals with no engagement yet (and no current timeslot) to discover new opportunities.

Need a precise moment for an event or region? Schedule a one-off time from the Post Editor without changing your plan.

Then refine the posts themselves. In Published, review stats per cycle to see which Variation performs best and where clicks land. Pull them into the Post Editor and keep the winner as the default while A/B testing new versions (captions or media).

Run this loop for a week: change one variable at a time (time or variation), keep a single clear CTA, and watch results climb. Small improvements compound across your whole plan.

Use these insights to adjust your Posting Plan, and check per-cycle results in Track Published Post Performance.

💡 Tips to Get Better Results

Here’s how to turn today’s feature into results, plus the tools that help.

Strategy in practice: Keep posts consistent in tone and CTA while testing one factor at a time. Don’t chase perfection in a week — look for patterns that repeat, not one-off spikes.

Feature boosters: Use the Week view in your Queue to see how your posts are spread across the week by your updated Timeslots. Open the Queue Preview pop-up to review related posts, check upcoming Variations, and make sure your changes align with your vision. For Evergreen posts, set a limited number of cycles while testing so you can measure improvements faster.

Why It Matters

Optimizing when you publish and which variation you use compounds quickly. You’ll get more reach from the same ideas, keep frequency steady, and learn what works before you invest more time.

🚀 Coming Up Tomorrow…

Collaborate Smarter by encouraging teamwork with Users, Roles, and Comments in the Post Editor and Queue Preview.
