  1. Click "Analyze" in the top menu, then "Analyze per Profile" from the panel on the left.
  2. Select a profile from the “Select Profiles” dropdown.
  3. Pick a date range and click "Apply" to refine your results.

SmarterQueue will analyze all the posts published in the selected date range and will work out how much engagement you got on each day and each hour.

It will then offer the following information:

  • it will recommend main and potentially secondary intervals for publishing for best engagement;
  • it will display visual charts for the "Best day of the week" and "Best hour of the day", helping you see how your content is performing overall.

💡 Tip: Consider adjusting your Posting Plan based on these findings to ensure your content gets the highest engagement.

How To Export Your Performance Reports

You can export your Analytics into a PDF report to share with your team or include in presentations:

1. Choose the report type

Decide whether you want to export:

  • Overview Dashboard – combines multiple profiles and shows a mix of aggregated and comparative data.
  • Analyze per Profile – focuses on the performance of one profile at a time.

2. Select profiles and time frame

Use the dropdowns to select the social profiles and time period you want to include in the report.

3. Export the report

Click "Export" in the top-right corner. SmarterQueue will generate a PDF containing the charts from your selected report.

The export includes the same information and charts you see in the "Analyze" section, with some charts duplicated to display each data view (for example, where buttons normally let you switch between metrics).
