The Published section of your Queue offers insights into how your content performs after being shared. You can review individual post metrics, monitor trends for Evergreen content, and refine your strategy based on data.

How To Access the Published Section
- Navigate to the Publish menu and select Queue.
- Click on the Published section.
- Use filters on the left-hand side to narrow results by:
- Social Profiles: Focus on specific accounts.
- Categories: View posts by content type.
- Post Timing: Filter by automated or manual scheduling.
- Post Source: Sort by content origin (e.g., Post Editor, CSV upload).
You can also use the search bar at the top to locate posts by caption text.

For each post in the Published section, you can track key performance metrics, depending on the social media platform:

Hereβs additional information on what each metric entails:
- Clicks: The number of times links within your post were clicked.
- Likes and Reactions: Engagement with your post, such as likes, hearts, or other platform-specific reactions.
- Shares and Retweets: The number of times your post was shared or retweeted, helping gauge its reach.
- Comments: Feedback and interactions generated by your post, providing insights into audience engagement.
- Impressions: The total number of times your post was seen by users, offering a sense of its visibility.
For Evergreen posts with multiple cycles, you can view detailed stats for each iteration. Click the βDetailed Stats For [...] Cycleβ button on the post to access performance data for individual cycles, including how each Variation performed (if applicable).
How To Use Performance Insights for Evergreen Content
- Review Individual Post Stats:
- See what content works and what approaches need more work.
- Identify trends by viewing engagement for each Evergreen post cycle.
- Click Detailed Stats to see data for each iteration of the post.
- Experiment With Variations:
- If your post uses Variations, compare the performance of different text and media combinations to see what resonates with your audience.
- Track the Boost Metric:
- Review the cumulative impact of recycling Evergreen posts, shown as the Boost value in the stats.
π‘ Tip: Donβt forget to revisit high-performing one-time posts! Even if a post wasnβt originally evergreen, its success could indicate itβs worth recycling. Consider rescheduling successful posts or adapting them for future cycles to maximize their impact and reach over time.

1. How soon are performance metrics available?
Metrics are updated in real-time, but some platforms may have a slight delay.
2. Can I track stats for deleted posts?
No, performance metrics are not available for posts once they are permanently deleted.
3. What if my post has no engagement?
Try adjusting your content or experimenting with different posting times to improve future results.
