Save And Reuse Text And Hashtags With Snippets

Our Snippets feature lets you save frequently used text and easily add it to your posts with a single click. Accessible within the Post Editor and under the "Publish" section, Snippets allow you to quickly insert groups of hashtags, store commonly-used phrases, emojis, and ASCII art, or even add a promotional blurb about your business.

How To Create Snippets

  1. Click the "Clipboard" icon in the Post Editor. 
  2. Select "Create a new Snippet".
  3. Name your Snippet and add your frequently used text or hashtags.
  4. Save your Snippet.

💡 Tip: You can use the AI Assistant to quickly develop some great text and hashtags to save as Snippets! For the best hashtags for your post, you can also click on the “Hashtag search” option, to open the linked search tool.

How To Edit Or Delete Snippets

  1. Click the "Clipboard" icon in the Post Editor. 
  2. Click the 3-dot button next to a Snippet to edit or delete it.

📝 Note: You will be able to edit the title and the content of the Snippet. Deleting the Snippet is a permanent action. 

How To Add Snippets To Your Posts

  1. Click the "clipboard" icon in the Post Editor to view your saved Snippets.
  2. Find the Snippet you’re looking for and select "Add to Post" to include it in the caption.

💡 Tip: If you're adding hashtags to an Instagram post, check the "Add 5 dots before the snippet" box to hide your hashtags below your caption.
