Billing And Adjustments
SmarterQueue’s flexible billing makes it easy to modify your plan without overpaying:
- Pro-Rated Charges: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll only be charged the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
- Immediate Changes: Adjustments to your plan take effect immediately on Monthly plans. For Annual plans, downgrades are possible in the last 30 days of your current billing cycle.
- Trial Period Flexibility: You can experiment with different plan settings during your trial without being charged.
Sign Up For Your SmarterQueue Plan
Once you've decided on the best plan to start your SmarterQueue subscription, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Organization Settings" gear icon (⚙️) and select "Subscription Management".
- Select "Upgrade" to view the Pricing Page.
- Choose the plan that best fits your needs, adjust any available limits as needed, then click "Select Plan".
- On the next screen, you'll see a summary of your Plan, Business Details, Billing Details, and Payment Details. Please review and update this information as needed.
- When you're done, simply click "Checkout" at the bottom of the page!
- You'll see a confirmation on the next screen to confirm "Payment authorization successful!".
