SmarterQueue offers three core plans: Solo, Business, Agency. 

Additionally, we've added a Custom option, which allows you to use add-ons to customize the functionality of each of the three main plans, in order to get the best results.

Solo Plan

The Solo plan is ideal for individuals or small businesses managing up to 4 social profiles.

Each connected profile counts toward this limit. For example, 1 Facebook Page, 1 TikTok, and 2 Instagram profiles would reach the Solo Plan limit.

This plan includes all the core features listed above, giving you a powerful set of tools even at the most affordable level. If you’re working alone or managing a smaller brand, Solo gives you everything you need to schedule posts, recycle content, and track performance without added complexity.

Business Plan

The Business plan builds on the Solo plan by increasing capacity and collaboration options. It supports up to 10 social profiles, higher daily post limits, and advanced content importing capabilities, making it ideal for growing teams.

While all plans allow you to create Categories and add content to your Queue, the Business plan increases these limits. It also allows you to add additional users, making it easier to share scheduling responsibilities and coordinate across a team.

Agency Plan

The Agency plan is designed for managing large-scale social media operations. It supports up to 25 social profiles and offers the highest limits for daily posts.

The Agency plan includes advanced content curation tools, allowing you to increase saved searches and auto-importers for more efficient content discovery. It also provides the most powerful importing and reporting tools, helping you track performance and adjust your strategy in real-time. Multiple team members can work together seamlessly to manage complex social media strategies.

SmarterQueue gives you the flexibility to build a plan that suits your exact needs. Compare the three base plans (Solo, Business, or Agency) and then create your own via add-ons in the "Custom" column:

  • Adjust the number of profiles, posts per day, or queue size.
  • Add extra capabilities without moving to the next tier.

Why Create a Custom Plan?

A custom plan is helpful if:

  • Your needs don’t align exactly with one of the base plans.
  • You’ve outgrown your current plan but don’t need everything available in the next tier.
  • You want to scale gradually without overpaying for features you don’t use.

💡 Tip: You don’t need to jump to the highest plan right away. Start with what you need now, and as your needs grow, you can upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons anytime to scale your social media strategy without overpaying.

Use Add-Ons To Find The Best Plan For You

Add-ons let you expand specific limits or unlock premium features without upgrading your entire plan:

Social Profiles

Add more profiles beyond your plan’s base limit (up to 250 total). This is ideal if you’re expanding your presence across new platforms and working for multiple brands.

Posts per Profile per Day

Raise the daily post limit for higher-volume accounts. There's no need to upgrade your plan just to post more.

Queued Posts

Expand your Queue's capacity to for scheduled posting. This includes drafts, unqueued, and trashed posts that have not yet been deleted.

Each Evergreen post only counts as one post, even though it can be recycled multiple times, as it's only visible in the Queue once, for its current cycle. 

RSS Auto-Importers

Add more RSS feeds to automatically pull in content for your queue and keep it fresh.

Importer Level

  • Intermediate Importer – Enables bulk importing and CSV uploads.
  • Advanced Importer – Adds engagement-based filtering and sorting.

Analytics Level

  • Intermediate Analytics – Includes UTM tracking for deeper campaign insights.
  • Advanced Analytics – Adds historical data reporting.

Tweets/Week

By default, all SmarterQueue accounts have a weekly tweet cap of 5. If you need more, you can increase your cap using the "Tweets/Week" add-on found under "Third-Party Integrations" in the Custom Column on the Pricing Page.

AI Text (Words)

All plans include the AI Assistant, with larger plans offering higher AI Text (Words) limits. If you require a higher word limit, you can increase it through the "Third-Party Integrations" section in the Custom Column.

Switching to an annual plan helps you save money and simplify your billing:

  • Save up to 15% by paying annually instead of monthly.
  • Reduce administrative hassle with a single payment for the year.
  • Get uninterrupted access to all features for a full 12 months.

Billing And Adjustments

SmarterQueue’s flexible billing makes it easy to modify your plan without overpaying:

  • Pro-Rated Charges: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll only be charged the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Immediate Changes: Adjustments to your plan take effect immediately on Monthly plans. For Annual plans, downgrades are possible in the last 30 days of your current billing cycle.
  • Trial Period Flexibility: You can experiment with different plan settings during your trial without being charged.

Sign Up For Your SmarterQueue Plan

Once you've decided on the best plan to start your SmarterQueue subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Settings" gear icon (⚙️) and select "Subscription Management".
  2. Select "Upgrade" to view the Pricing Page.
  3. Choose one of the main plans or configure a custom one, the click "Select Plan".
  4. On the next screen, you'll see a summary of your Plan, Business Details, Billing Details, and Payment Details. Please review and update this information as needed.
  5. When you're done, simply click "Checkout" at the bottom of the page!
  6. You'll see a confirmation on the next screen to confirm "Payment authorization successful!".
