What Are User Roles?
User roles define what each person can access and manage inside your SmarterQueue organization. They help you assign the right permissions for creating posts, reviewing analytics, managing profiles, or handling billing and settings.
SmarterQueue has four user roles:
- Owner β Full access to all account settings, billing, users, and workspaces
- Admin β Can manage workspaces and users, but not billing or business settings
- Editor β Can create and manage content, but canβt access team or workspace settings
- Client β View-only access to scheduled content and analytics
Roles are set at the organization level, and users can be invited to one or more Workspaces.
π Note: Editors and Clients can only access Workspaces theyβve been added to. Admins and Owners can access all Workspaces in the organization.
