How To Upgrade Or Downgrade Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time through your SmarterQueue dashboard, even during your trial period. Trial changes take effect immediately, so you can adjust your plan before committing.
Once you're on a paid plan, when and how the changes take effect depends on whether you're upgrading or downgrading.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your SmarterQueue subscription by switching to a higher plan or by increasing available limits with add-ons.
Depending on your plan, this may allow you to connect more social profiles, increase scheduling or publishing capacity, or expand other plan allowances right away.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
💡 Tip: If you need more capacity but don’t need everything included in a larger plan, available add-ons may let you adjust specific limits while keeping the rest of your subscription the same.
Downgrading
You can downgrade your SmarterQueue subscription by switching to a lower plan or by reducing add-ons.
All plan changes take effect immediately, including downgrades. This means that any features, limits, or allowances removed by the change will be reduced right away, even if you are partway through a paid billing cycle.
Because of this, we recommend waiting until close to your renewal date before downgrading, so you can continue using the features and allowances included in your current subscription for as long as possible.
If you’re currently using more profiles, posts, or other allowances than the updated subscription supports, you’ll need to make the required adjustments before confirming the change.
Any existing posts, profiles, and settings will carry over when you change plans, and you won’t lose your account data.
📝 Note: If you see a drop in available features/functionality even though you’re not at the end of your current billing cycle, please get in touch with our support team.
