How To Upgrade Or Downgrade Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time through your SmarterQueue dashboard, even during your trial period. Trial changes take effect immediately, so you can adjust your plan before committing.
Once you're on a paid plan, when and how the changes take effect depends on whether you're upgrading or downgrading:
Upgrading
You can upgrade your SmarterQueue plan by switching to a higher plan or by purchasing add-ons, thus increasing the value of your subscription. You can increase post limits, profile limits, or unlock new features right away.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
💡 Tip: If you need more profiles or post volume but don’t need everything included in the next plan tier, you can adjust your plan using add-ons.
Downgrading
You can choose to “schedule” a downgrade of your account by switching to a lower plan or by removing add-ons (on the same billing cycle).
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for downgrades, as they don’t go into effect until your remaining paid time is used up.
If you’re currently using more profiles or posts than the new plan allows, you’ll need to adjust your settings before confirming the change. Any existing posts, profiles, and settings will carry over when you change plans, you won’t lose any data.
📝 Note: If you see a drop in available features/functionality even though you’re not ad the end of your current billing cycle, please get in touch with our support team.
