How To Get A Discount On SmarterQueue
SmarterQueue offers a variety of discounts to help you save on your subscription. Whether you’re a student, a registered charity, or committing to an annual plan, there are ways to lower your costs.

Available Discounts
Annual Plan Discount
Save 15% when you switch to an annual plan. The discount is automatically applied when you select an annual plan during checkout.
Charity & Nonprofit Discount
Registered charities and nonprofits receive 50% off their subscription.
To qualify, please email us a copy of your official non-profit documentation as evidence of your company’s non-profit or tax-free status, and we will apply the discount to your subscription.
Students, Teachers, & Educational Institutions
Students, teachers, and educational institutions (government-recognized) are eligible for a 50% discount on all plans.
If you’re a student or teacher, please reach out with a photo of your student or teacher ID. If you’re a student, please also confirm your expected graduation date.
If you’re a representative of a school or university, please email us an official document that proves your status as government-recognized.
Partner and Referral Discounts
From time to time, when you sign up through a SmarterQueue partner or use a referral link, you may receive an exclusive discount. Discounts and offers vary based on the referral program.
Promotional Discounts
From time to time, SmarterQueue may offer limited-time promotional discounts, such as a Black Friday Discount. These discounts will be applied during checkout if you sign up with a valid code or within the appropriate time frame when the offer is active.
How to Apply a Discount
The Annual Plan discount will automatically apply when you select an annual plan during checkout.
For charity/nonprofit, student, teacher, and school discounts, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Create a trial account for SmarterQueue (if you don’t have one already) and fill in your business information under the "Settings" gear icon (⚙️) > "Billing".
- Reach out to our Customer Success team at hello@smarterqueue.com. Make sure to let us know what discount you’re eligible for and provide the required documentation:
- Charity Discount: Provide your charity registration document.
- Nonprofit Discount: Send official documentation of your nonprofit status.
- Student/Teacher Discount: Send a photo of your student or teacher ID.
- Educational Institution: Send an official document that proves your status as government-recognized.
- Once verified, the discount will be applied to your subscription.
Referral discounts are automatically applied when you sign up using a referral link.
Promotional discounts may require you to enter a valid discount code during checkout or simply upgrade during a specific time frame. This information will be provided with the offer.
Discount Limitations
If you switch from a monthly to an annual plan, the 15% annual discount will automatically be applied to the rate you’re plan is invoiced at in our system.
Other discounts can be added on top of the 15% annual discount, so you can benefit from a 50% nonprofit discount at an already lowered rate, for choosing an annual commitment.
That said, additional discounts cannot be combined. If you qualify for multiple discounts, the highest available discount will be applied.
