How To Install The Chrome Extension

  1. Navigate to Discover, then Chrome Extension in SmarterQueue.
  2. Click "Get Chrome Extension" to open the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Click "Add to Chrome", then "Add Extension" when prompted.
  4. Pin the SmarterQueue Extension for quick access by clicking the puzzle icon in Chrome and selecting the pin next to SmarterQueue.

How To Share Content Using The Chrome Extension

  1. While viewing a webpage, click the SmarterQueue Chrome Extension.
  2. The Post Editor will open, automatically pre-filling:
    • The webpage link
    • The page title
    • The primary image detected from the page
  3. Select a Category and Social Profiles, edit as needed, and schedule your post.

How To Share An Image From a Webpage

  1. Hover over an image and click Share Image.
  2. The Post Editor will open with:
    • The selected image added as media
    • The webpage link & title pre-filled (optional)
  3. Remove the link & title if you only want to share the image.

1. Why does the extension keep asking me to log in?

Check your cookies and site data in Google Chrome. Ensure “Allow sites to save and read cookie data” is toggled to On.

2. Can I share posts from social media platforms using the Chrome Extension?

No, the extension doesn’t support direct sharing of posts or links from any social media platform. However, you can use the Find Content feature to import posts from your connected social profiles or external Facebook Pages and create brand-new posts in SmarterQueue.

3. Can I use the Chrome Extension if I don’t use Chrome?

No, the extension is only available for Google Chrome. However, you can still share content by copying the page URL and pasting it into the SmarterQueue Post Editor.
