How To Adjust Your Notification & Email Preferences

Click the âš™ Settings icon in the top-right corner, then select Emails & Notifications. Here, you can enable or disable notifications in the following categories:

Send me an email notification if:

These alerts help you stay on top of your Queue, publishing issues, and referral earnings.

  • One of my Queues runs out of fresh posts: Get notified when your Queue has no new posts (Evergreen posts excluded). (Helps prevent gaps in posting.)
  • There is a problem with a profile/post: Receive alerts if a social profile disconnects or a post fails to publish. (Recommended to avoid missed posts.)
  • An Instagram post is ready to be posted: Get email reminders for Instagram posts, whether publishing directly or via mobile push notifications. (As a backup reminder.)
  • There is a problem with an RSS Auto-Importer: Be alerted if an Auto-Importer fails to fetch new posts. (Ensures consistent content flow from RSS sources.)
  • I earn referral commission: Get notified when someone signs up for a paid subscription using your referral code. (Useful if you're tracking passive income from referrals.)

  • Weekly stats: Receive a weekly email with engagement & growth insights comparing the past two weeks. (Useful for quick performance tracking.)
  • Product updates: Get occasional emails about new SmarterQueue features & improvements. (Recommended to stay updated on new tools.)
  • Mailing list: Receive social media tips, special offers, and marketing insights. (Can be disabled if you prefer fewer promotional emails.)

1. Will I still receive important service emails if I disable all notifications?

Yes! You will still receive critical account-related emails, such as billing issues, failed posts, and security updates.

2. Why am I getting Instagram post notifications even when I turned them off?

If your post isn’t eligible for direct publishing, SmarterQueue will always send a mobile notification to help you post via the SmarterQueue mobile app.
