How To Adjust Privacy Preferences
- Click the âš™ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll to Privacy Preferences and adjust your settings:
- Customer Support & Product Analytics: Helps improve SmarterQueue and allows for better troubleshooting support.
- Online Marketing: Controls whether we can use tracking for future promotional offers.
- Your changes are saved automatically.

How To Delete Your Account & Personal Data
If you’d like to request the deletion of your SmarterQueue account and all associated personal data, including diagnostic data and uploaded media, follow the steps below.
- Click the âš™ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to My Account and scroll to Personal Data.
- Click "View personal data", then "Contact Us".
- Fill in the form to contact support for a data review or deletion request.
Once requested, our team will process your deletion and confirm when it's complete.
âš Account deletion is permanent - this cannot be undone. You cannot delete your data if you have an active paid subscription.

1. What happens if I turn off Customer Support & Product Analytics?
SmarterQueue won’t collect usage data, which may limit our ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
2. Will disabling Online Marketing remove ads I see on social media?
No, it only prevents SmarterQueue from using targeted marketing data. You may still see ads based on general browsing activity.
