Set Up The SmarterQueue Mobile App

  1. Download and Install:
    • For iOS: Search for “SmarterQueue” in the App Store and install it on your device.​
    • For Android: Find “SmarterQueue” in the Google Play Store and proceed with the installation.​

    • Open the app and enter your SmarterQueue credentials to access your account.​
  1. Enable Notifications:
  • iOS devices require you to manually enable notifications. 
  • To ensure you receive timely alerts, especially for Instagram posts that require manual publishing, enable push notifications when prompted. 
  • This step is crucial for posts that can't be published directly due to Instagram's policies.​

Manage Your Content On The Go

  1. Create and Schedule Posts:
    • Tap "Create Post" to open the Post Editor.​
    • Select the appropriate Category and Social Profile(s) for your content.​
    • Compose your message, attach media, and set the desired posting time.​
    • Preview your post to ensure accuracy, then tap "Save" to schedule it.​
  1. Manage Your Queue:
    • Access the Queue to view all scheduled posts.​
    • Rearrange or edit upcoming posts as needed to maintain your content strategy.​
  1. Analyze Performance:
    • Utilize the Analytics feature to monitor the performance of your posts and refine your social media approach.​
  1. Manage Your Account and Settings:
    • Update anything from your general settings to pausing options for the Queue or upgrading your subscription to a higher plan.

Switch Between Instagram Profiles

If you manage multiple Instagram accounts, the SmarterQueue app allows seamless switching:​

  • Tap your Instagram handle at the top of the screen.​
  • Select the desired profile from the dropdown menu to view and manage its content.​

📝 Note: Due to Instagram's platform restrictions, certain posts, such as Stories with text captions, require manual publishing. The SmarterQueue mobile app will send you a notification when it's time to publish these posts. 1. Why am I not receiving push notifications on my iOS device?

Make sure you’ve swiped through all the tutorial screens when setting up the app and selected "Enable Notifications" on the final screen.

If you’ve already enabled notifications but your SmarterQueue dashboard still says the app isn’t connected:

  • Try force-quitting the app and reopening it.
  • If it still doesn’t work, try these steps:
    • Uninstall and reinstall the app.
    • Enable notifications when prompted.
    • Log back into the app using your email and password.
    • Check your iOS Notification Settings to confirm that notifications are enabled for SmarterQueue.

2. Why am I not receiving push notifications on my Android device?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the SmarterQueue app.

Some Android devices have battery optimization enabled, which can interfere with push notifications. Try disabling battery optimization for the SmarterQueue app in your device settings.
