How To Add Free Images And GIFs To Your Post

  1. Navigate to the Post Editor by clicking “New Post” in the SmarterQueue Dashboard.
  2. In the Post Editor, click the “Add Media” button.
  3. Choose the “Find Free Images” option in the “Add Media” pop-up to access the integrated libraries of Pixabay, Unsplash, and Giphy.
  4. Use the filter on the left-hand side to select your preferred source: Pixabay, Unsplash, or Giphy, and view their libraries of free content.
  5. Select the images/GIFs you want to use and click on “Add To Post”.

Search Bar:

  • Use the search bar in the upper-left corner to type in keywords and find images or GIFs that match your requirements. The search bar can be used with all three sources - Pixabay, Unsplash, and Giphy

Pixabay Filters:

  • Image Type: In addition to the search bar, Pixabay offers filters to refine your search by image type, including Photos, Illustrations, and Vectors.
  • Proportions: You can also filter images by proportions, such as Wide or Tall, to better suit the layout and design of your post.

Unsplash And Giphy:

  • Unsplash and Giphy focus primarily on keyword-based searches without additional filtering options. Unsplash specializes in high-resolution photos, while Giphy is tailored for animated GIFs.

1. Can I edit the images or GIFs after importing them?

Currently, SmarterQueue does not support editing images or GIFs directly within the Post Editor. You can, however, remove and replace any imported media if needed.

2. What if I can’t find the right image or GIF?

If you’re unable to find a suitable image or GIF through Pixabay, Unsplash, or Giphy, consider uploading your own media directly from your device or using the Canva integration to design custom content.
