Manage Your Invoices
SmarterQueue makes it easy to access and download your invoices directly from your account. Whether you need to keep track of past payments or update billing details, you can manage it all from your billing settings.

How To Find Your Invoices
You can view and download your SmarterQueue invoices directly from your account:
- Click on the "Settings" gear icon (⚙️) and select "Billing".
- Select "Invoices" to see all of your invoices.
- Find the invoice you need:
- Click the invoice number or the "View" option next to it to access to review it.
- Click "Download" option to save your invoice as a PDF.
Information Included on Your Invoice
Each invoice includes key details about your subscription and payment:
Detail | Description |
---|---|
Business Name | The name added when you updated your business details in the "Billing" section of your account. |
Billing Address | The address added when you updated your business details in the "Billing" section. |
VAT Number | If provided, your VAT number will appear on the invoice. |
Account Number | Your SmarterQueue account identification number. |
Account Email | The email address associated with your SmarterQueue account. |
Plan Details | The plan name, billing period, and any add-ons will be itemized. |
Updating Your Billing Information
If your business name, billing address, or VAT number changes, you can update these details before your next payment to ensure they appear correctly on future invoices.
- Click on the "Settings" gear icon (⚙️) and select "Billing".
- Click the "Change Business Address" button and update your billing information
- If you need to update your VAT number, click on "Add Your VAT Number".
- Save your changes: updated information will appear on future invoices.
