Your Queue: See Your Content Flow in Action

Your Queue shows all upcoming posts in the exact order they’ll be published, whether they’re automated through your Posting Plan or manually scheduled. It’s where your Categories and Posting Plan come together to handle posting without daily effort on your part:

• Powered by Categories & Timeslots – The majority of posts in your Queue will be automated through your Posting Plan. Each Timeslot assigned to a Category and Social Profile will ensure your posts are published at the best times, basd on your recurring schedule. Your social media strategy runs seamlessly, even when you’re not online.
• Manually Scheduled Posts When You Need Control – For time-sensitive or one-off content, you can schedule posts for specific times outside of the Posting Plan. This gives you flexibility while keeping automation in place for the majority of your content.
• Filters for Quick Navigation – Use the filters on the left to narrow your view by Category, Social Profile, or content type. This allows you to focus on specific content types, making it easier to manage and monitor scheduled posts. Whether you're checking scheduled promotions, reviewing posts for a particular platform, or focusing on a campaign, filtering helps you quickly find what you need.
• Demo Posts to Guide You – To help you see how it works, we’ve added a few Demo Posts to your Queue. These give you a visual example of how content moves through the system, showing how the Queue is populated based on your Posting Plan.
