Update Your Email, Name, Or Password

You can change your email, name, and password at any time. This could be useful if, for example, you hand over your account to someone new.

How To Update Your Email Or Name

  1. Click the βš™ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to My Account - your name and email address will be displayed at the top of the page.
  3. Click the three-dot menu and select "Edit Name & Email".
  4. Click "Save" to confirm your changes.

πŸ“ Note: Ensure you have access and can receive emails at your new email address, as important notifications about your account will be sent there.


How To Change Your Password

  1. Click the βš™ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Under your name and email, click "Change Password".
  4. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Click "Save Password" to apply the changes.

1. What happens if I forget my password?

Click Forgot password on the login page, and we'll send you an email with reset instructions.

2. Can I use the same email for multiple SmarterQueue accounts?

No, each account must have a unique email address.
