Facebook Error: User Permissions
These types or errors come up when the current Facebook user's permissions for the page are not set high enough to post to the group.
Common Errors Associated With Permission Issues
- The user must be an administrator, editor, or moderator of the page in order to impersonate it. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user also needs to enable Two Authentication
- Permissions Required
- No Permission to Publish the Video
- Insufficient Permission to Post
To Resolve
- Go into the admin settings of the Business Page, and ensure that the Facebook profile that is connected to your SmarterQueue account has a moderator or higher as their page role.
- If Two-Factor Authentication is turned on for the Business Page, you will need to authenticate this profile as well.
- Once this step has been completed, please reconnect the Facebook Pages and you should be able to post successfully.
