What's New About The AI Assistant Feature?
The AI Assistant is a powerful tool that will help you create compelling social media captions with ease.
To get started, simply access the Post Editor. You will find the AI Assistant in the pane on the right-hand side, just as you would have found the AI Caption Writer in the legacy version of SmarterQueue.
The AI Assistant lets you select a prompt from the dropdown, or create your own within the feature's text box:
With AI becoming a staple of our day-to-day lives, users are now better than ever at crafting their own prompts for optimal results.
To support this, we've simplified the prompt options, offering a few straightforward starting points that you can customize based on your needs.
As an example, we're improving the "Expand the following content" prompt by adding additional information on the hook for the generated text:
Note: For now, this simplified version of the AI Assistant will approach generating text with a neutral tone, by default, without adding hashtags or emojis, but more options will be added soon.
The result will take into account all of the information you provided in the prompt:
The text can then be added to your post's caption by clicking "Copy" in the bottom-right corner and pasting it into your post, either as the main caption, a first comment, a variation, etc.
Alternatively, you can "Regenerate" the caption to have the AI Assistant provide a new version based on the initial prompt, or go "Back" to update the prompt with new information for a better-fitting caption.
How To Use The AI Assistant To Create Great Content
Let’s take a detailed, step-by-step look at using the AI Assistant!
1. To get started, navigate to "New Post" on the right-hand side to open the Post Editor.
2. Next, select your Category and social profiles.
3. Access the AI Assistant from the "Rewrite with AI Assistant" button, right under the text box, or from the pane on the right-hand side.
4. Choose a base prompt from the dropdown and add more details for a specific result, or craft your own unique prompt from scratch.
5. Press "Generate" to let the AI Assistant do its magic.
6. After a few seconds, the AI Caption Writer will return your content, ready for you to review.
If the content is not yet up to your needs, you can click "Re-Generate". This will tell the AI Assistant to come up with a new version, based on the initial prompt. Alternatively, you can click "Back" to return to the previous screen and make edits to the prompt, to add more details to your request.
7. Once the generated text is up to your needs, click on "Copy", then go ahead and paste the text into the post's text box.
💡 Top Tip: You can also use text generated by the AI Assistant in order to add a first comment on a post, or to create a Snippet.
8. If you're looking to take your social media publishing game to the next level, click "Re-Generate" in the AI Assistant to create text variations that can be copied and added to your post.
