What’s New About The Posting Plan?

To make sure all tools connected to scheduling your content are easy to find and manage, we’ve moved the "Posting Plan" under the “Publish” section, along with your "Queue" and "Categories", accessible from the top menu of your dashboard:

Our simplified design is here to make your life easier when it comes to managing your Timeslots! 📅

While the Timeslot builder is no longer on the left-hand side of the screen, you can easily access it and add Timeslots either from the “Add a Timeslost” button in the upper-right corner or by clicking anywhere in your weekly schedule.

Make sure to select the correct date, time (now with 5-minute intervals available), your preferred Category, and Social Profiles, and save your Timeslot.

Don’t forget the 3-dot menu next to each Timeslot - that works just like before, allowing you to edit, clone, or delete the respective Timeslot.

We’ve also moved additional options you previously found on the left-hand side under a 3-dot menu button in the upper-right corner, right next to the “Add a Timeslot” one. Here you’ll find options like the “Bulk Delete” button, for when you just want to start fresh.

And now, with all that available space on the left-hand side of the Posting Plan, we’ve made keeping track of your Timeslots a breeze. To help, we added a Timeslot counter that will show you how much you’re publishing for each of your Social Profiles and/or Categories, and will also easily let you filter for your preferred combinations to review in depth.

And if your Posting Plan is starting to get crowded with too many inactive Timeslots that aren’t publishing content at the time, no worries. Click on the “Hide Inactive Timeslots” toggle and you can filter them out of your view without having to edit your schedule.

Note: Your Inactive Timeslots are the ones that aren't publishing at the time. For example, Timeslots for a Seasonal Category that is out of season, or for Paused Categories.

And one last exciting thing ✨ You asked and we listened: the new and improved Posting Plan now lets you select your preferred date and time format, as well as choose when your week starts.

Simply click on the cog icon (⚙) in the upper-right corner of the screen, select "My Account", and voila! You can now choose whether you want your week to kick off on a Monday or Sunday, if your date format starts with the day or the month, or if you want to use a 12h/24h time format. 💪

We believe in giving you the flexibility to plan your content like a pro, and with this new functionality, you can align your posting schedule with your personal preferences and optimize your social media game. ⚡️
